~ALL TEAMS WILL PRACTICE EACH TUESDAY. 

 

~THE TWO TEAMS THAT HAVE A GAME WILL START AT 5:30PM UNTIL 6:30PM (UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE)

 

~THE TEAM THAT DOESNT HAVE A GAME WILL PRACTICE WITH THEIR HEAD COACH FROM 5PM UNTIL 6PM. (THEY ARE WELCOMED TO STAY LONGER)

 

~ALL PLAYERS SHOULD WEAR THEIR JERSEYS TO AVOID GETTING A PENALTY CALLED AGAINST THEIR TEAM. 

Football Rules:

 

• New Rule : Yes to Direct hand
• 5 vs. 5
• No run Zone 5 yard to First Down and Endzone
• Ball starts on 5 yard line
• 7 yard rush - 1/ 4 downs
• QB has 7 seconds to throw if unrushed
• New Rule : Yes to Direct hand 
• No jumping or diving with ball
• No contact
• No flag guarding
• No down field blocking
• No laterals past the line of scrimmage
• One foot inbound for completion
• Player with out 2 flags must be touched
• 1st down at mid field
• Turnover on downs, opposing team starts with ball on 5 yard line
• Extra point at 5 yard line / extra 2 point conversion is at 10 yard line
• Players must wear team jersey
• 20 minute halves
• 2 timeout per half
• Clock stop last 2 minutes of 2nd half on dead ball

• Clock stop last 2 minutes of 2nd half on dead ball
• OVERTIME - 1 down from the 10 yard line. (1x)
• Defensive off side - / + 5 yards – Repeat down
• Defensive Holding  + 10  yards – Repeat down
• Stripping - / SPOT FOUL + 10 yards – Repeat down
• Illegal Rush + 5 yards – Repeat down
• Illegal flag pull (Before receiver has ball ) / + 10  yards – Repeat down
• Roughing the Passer / + 10 yards – Repeat down
• Defensive Unsportsmanlike conduct + 15 yards – Repeat down
• Offensive Unsportsmanlike conduct  - 15 yards – Loss of  down
• Defensive Pass interface + 15 yards – Repeat down
• Offensive false start / - loss of down 
• Offensive off side / - 5 yards – Loss of down
• Illegal forward pass - / Spot foul -
• Offensive Pass interface - / - 15 yards – Loss of  down
• Illegal motion ( more than 1 person in motion ) - /  - 5 yards – Repeat down
• Offensive Delay of game - / - 5 yards – Repeat down
